Dave had been involved in commercial lending financing for many years.  In fact he still offers that service.  However, he is more interested in the residential side.  “Mortgage financing is a mystery to many people.  I know that many times they pay interest that is just too high or have other loan expenses that make a seemingly low interest rate more expensive than other deals.  Our is to make the process easy, inexpensive and to just treat people fairly.
